2. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to any course is subject to the eligibility criteria specified for each program. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of enrollment. The college reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate at its discretion. Students must ensure that they meet all eligibility requirements before applying for admission.
3. Course Fees & Payment
Students are required to pay course fees according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the college cancels the course. The college reserves the right to revise its fee structure for future batches, and students are expected to comply with any updated payment policies.
4. Attendance & Academic Policies
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance in classes, practical sessions, and clinical postings. Minimum attendance criteria, as specified by the college, must be met to appear for examinations. Failure to comply with attendance requirements or college policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the program.
5. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to respect faculty, staff, and peers, maintaining a safe and professional learning environment. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Students must also adhere to the dress code and demonstrate proper behavior in classrooms, laboratories, and hospitals.
6. Use of College Facilities
College facilities, including laboratories, libraries, and clinical training areas, must be used responsibly. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the responsible student. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the student, and the college is not liable for any loss or theft.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
All course content, study materials, and digital resources are copyrighted. Students may use these materials for personal study only, and reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of college content may result in legal action.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
The college respects student privacy and collects, stores, and processes personal data only for academic, administrative, and alumni purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
